Take two toothpicks, and alternately skewer pieces of candied ginger and whole cranberries. Set aside.
Add the ginger marmalade and cranberry juice to a blender, and blend until smooth. Divide between two champagne flutes or coupe glasses. Top with the sparkling wine, and garnish with the skewers.
