1 lb. Champlain Valley Creamery Organic Cream Cheese

3 tsp. Black Pepper

Salt, to taste

10 oz. Milk

Chives for garnish

3 oz. Murray’s Pecorino Calabrese, plus 1 tbsp. for topping

Mix cream cheese, Pecorino Calabrese, black pepper, milk and salt in blender or hand mixer until smooth. (Black pepper can be increased or decreased to liking)
Top with reserved tablespoon of Pecorino Calabrese and chopped chives
