Apricot & Spiced Pecan Baked Brie
Baked brie is a classic, but it often leans almost into dessert territory, between the creamy cheese and the sugary toppings. This version keeps one toe in sweet territory, while also adding a ton of savory depth. That's thanks to PRiMO Apricot Urfa Mostarda, a fruit-packed, savory relish with bits of perfectly ripe apricot, pops of mustard seed, smoky urfa pepper, and a vinegar tang. A sprinkle of Treat Spiced Pecans brings some sweet heat. All that flavor packed into one gooey mini brie.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
While the oven is heating, add the Mini Brie to a brie baker or other oven-safe baking dish.
Cover the brie with the apricot mostarda.
Bake the brie for about 12 minutes or until just starting to ooze.
While the brie is baking, chop the pecans into large chunks.
Remove the brie from the oven, and sprinkle with the pecans.
Allow to cool 5 minutes before serving with crackers or crostini!
