Gruyere Wheel Cutting - 11/9/2024
Demo 2-6PM, Class 6:30-8:00PM
Affineurs Phillipe and Christian will be joining us at our Greenwich Village location for an exciting day of Gruyère and Vacherin Fribourgois tasting. Watch as they break down an entire wheel of Gruyère, offering freshly cut samples straight from the wheel. Enjoy a variety of tastings, including warm, melty fondue and delicious Vacherin Fribourgois. Sampling will be available throughout the day, leading up to an exclusive evening class taught by these expert affineurs. Don’t miss this unique experience!
