Savory, succulent, and zesty, this summer sausage is a favorite. It’s made with fresh garlic, whole mustard seeds, and a bright kick of flavor from the addition of chili flakes. It’s cased in red wax and ready to be sliced and served, especially with American cheeses like Marieke Aged Gouda or Murray's Cave Aged Original Stockinghall Cheddar. Dropship items are excluded from our substitutions policy. Through our partnership, Olympia Provisions orders will be shipped from an alternate facility outside of Murray’s.
