This classic smoked chorizo gets its big flavor from sweet pimentón, fresh garlic, oregano and a kick of cayenne pepper. The links are smoked over whole applewood, giving them a subtly sweet, pure smoky flavor with a bright, zesty intensity. Perfect with traditional Spanish cheeses like Manchego and snacks like Murray’s Marcona Almonds, this bold sausage is an essential part of a tapas spread.
